New System Design

Midwest Communications offers a wide selection of telephone equipment to meet your needs. We sell products from major telecom manufacturers such Cisco, Nortel, and Avaya. Midwest Communications will analyze your telecom requirements and recommend solutions based on budget, features and scalability. In most cases, we can provide you with several different products to choose from.

System Upgrades

You may not need to purchase an entirely new system to get the features and capabilities you need. We can upgrade your existing system to increase capacity, add voice mail or upgrade to VOIP or SIP. Some systems such as Nortel will allow you to keep your existing phones while still upgrading to the newest features and capabilities available.

System Relocation

If you are moving, we can coordinate the relocation of your phone system. We will even work with your carrier to get your lines and numbers moved over to your new office.

Paging & Peripherals

We can add music-on hold, paging or cordless capability to any phone system.
